Our company was founded in 1995. in the former Tukums 17. CRBP Bitumen Emulsion Factory Bases. This factory was one of the first in the entire Soviet Union to start producing emulsions in the distant 20s. century 60s. years. After the independence of Latvia, with the development of new road repair and construction methods, new materials were also needed. Already in the year of foundation, using the technology of the German company Liesen and receiving the support of German specialists, there was a transition from anion-active to cation-active emulsion production, which corresponds to worldwide trends. At the same time, the production of cold repair asphalt was also started.
